David Crandall is the CEO of RAZR Solutions. He is dedicated to RAZR’s core values of highest integrity by leading in client delivery, providing a rewarding and challenging work environment for our team members, and improving the community. Mr. Crandall is Navy veteran with more than 30 years of delivering complex technology solutions across the Intelligence Community, Commercial Industry, and DoD. He works closely with Government agencies to solve their toughest operational challenges to improve our country’s defense. He has a passion for building teams and future leaders.

Mr. Crandall is a graduate of Purdue University, holds a MS in Computer Science, and is a certified Program Management Professional (PMP), Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), and SAFe Agilist. He’s energized by hands on delivery to clients, working daily to develop cloud architectures and advanced analytics in the Intelligence Community. He firmly believes in RAZR’s approach which is founded on the principle that the most effective solutions are often the simplest and provide immediate mission returns without organizational disruption.

He is most proud of over 30 years of marriage to the wife of his youth, two fantastic children, two grandchildren, serving in his community and constantly (albeit slowly) improving golf game.



As the founder of RAZR Solutions, Joan has a passion for making a positive impact for her clients, the RAZR team members, and the world around her. Joan’s strategy of providing subject matter experts (SMEs), leading edge technology and innovation strategies provides elegant solutions to RAZR clients. Her vision for RAZR calls for providing clients with simple and impactful solutions they need to optimize their mission goals while providing the highest quality and customer satisfaction.

Joan is focused on serving and providing strategies to improve performance and create investor value. Her innovative strategies and product ideas in multiple sectors including non-profit, technology companies, health care, and education have already positively impacted clients and influenced mission outcomes. Joan brings bottom line expertise with her financial background, commercial and government health care industry knowledge as well as an energetic approach to maximizing corporate impact. She maintains relationships within health care commercial sectors, Department of Health and Human Services, and other industry leaders. Joan has diversified experience in Health, Defense, and Commercial sectors around government policies, accreditation, regulatory compliance and person centric quality health care from strategic planning, operations, implementation to outcomes and innovations.

Joan actively supports and is passionate about community and international philanthropy as an extension of RAZR’s core value for improving the world around us. Her highest priority is spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.



Aida Kalley obtained her MD in 1997 from Drexel University she also has an Emergency Medicine specialty from Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD.  She has extensive experience in clinical and administrative leadership in private practice, hospital health systems and the federal health consulting.  Her consulting is focused on healthcare financial operations and data analysis.

A native of the Greater Washington DC suburbs, Aida was happy to settle back into her hometown area after living in New York City, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and even Western Africa. She appreciates all of the cultural and diverse opportunities provided by our Nation’s Capital. She enjoys spending time with her two daughters, family & friends visiting museums, parks and local restaurants.

Dr. Kalley is passionate about providing her clients with health information technology tools to improve patient care and clinical delivery of evidence based practices. She also continues to practice medicine on a part time basis in the Emergency Department, and is a volunteer for medical mission trips and the Fairfax Reserve Medical Corps.



Judy Brady is a Registered Nurse and has worked in nursing and health care for over 40 years.  She has held a variety of leadership and administrative positions in several settings, including critical care, emergency room, long term care and SNF as well as home health.  Additionally, she has had several years of experience as a clinical nursing instructor focusing on senior level nursing students as well as classroom teaching with a focus on health care policy.

Born and raised in Western New York State, she attended nursing school and college in Upstate New York.  Judy now resides in Northern Virginia with her husband, Pastor Mark Brady and their 4 legged companion, Molly.  She is the mother of 2 wonderful sons and 6 beautiful grandchildren.  She is very active in her church, where her husband is serving as an associate pastor.

Her passion for high quality and safe patient care for everyone has been her primary focus during her tenure as a nurse, mentor and health care professional and is what has kept her in the health care system for so many years.
